Eric Leung
Chief Executive Officer / Developer
Principal executive with extensive experience in project management, program design and project coordination. He has worked on a large variety of project types and scales ranging from residential, commercial and industrial projects. Eric graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture
in 2011 from California State Polytechnic Univer-sity of Pomona as a member of the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts. Eric has lived abroad in Kyushu,Japan
and is a Gilman Scholarship award winner. He has helped to successfully obtain Federal Infill
Grants for large development projects. Eric brings an unique international approach to design/build and project development.
Alfred Wong
Treasurer / Managing Partner
Alfred, a successful and accomplished businessman with over 25 years of experience in corporate management working in advanced technology, quality control and business. Alfred received his Masters Degree in Material Science from Cornell University in 1976. He has authored/co-authored multiple US patents. His
early career included working as a Director of Engineering in charge of advanced development for Dataproducts Corporation. Later, Alfred was in charge of quality control as Vice President of the Americas Division for the multinational Hitachi Systems Corporation.
Percy Duran
Chief Financial Officer / General Counsel
Senior Law Partner with over 35 years of experience specializing in corporate banking and business law. As President of the Board of Public Works for the city of Los Angeles, Percy’s duties included supervising 6,000 public employees, managing a $1 billion budget, management of strategic planning, capital programs and operation of 7 bureaus within the City of LA. Percy served as a Presidential appointee with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board as the Director of Minority Administrative Division. He has extensive experience developing and implementing regulatory policy. Most recently, he served as Chairman of the Commission of Civil Rights during the Obama administration.

Former City Manager of Fresno, former undersecretary of the Business, Transportation and Housing department and state cabinet member. Jeff is a partner and associate with McCormick Barstow LLC. He has had extensive
experience with various land use law and government financing programs.

Jim is the owner and principal architect for his firm based in Phoenix,AZ. The firm provides full architectural design and project manage-ment services for a range of project types from business aviation to a large portfolio of charter school projects. Jim has overseen the design, construction and completion of numerous hangar projects for
multiple Phoneix airports.

Dave is General Manager of MBC. Dave was also employed by Steve Bubalo Construction Co. Inc. as Project Manager from 1992 to 1999. His responsibilities included project management, estimating and engineering duties for all construction projects. Prior to employment with Steve Bubalo Construction Co., Inc. Dave Sorem worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Design Division

Ken has served in the public sector for over 30 years in the Phoenix Fire Department.Starting in 1984 as a fire fighter, Ken rose through the ranks of the fire department to become Fire Captain and eventually Phoenix Fire Chief until 2017. He has since worked in chief advisoryand consulting roles at Key Global Synergies Inc., a construction management firm specializing in government and private sector projects.

David received his U.S. Customs Brokers License in 2004.
